Benjamin Gaetjens-Oleson, Emergency Management Director (EMD)
The Town utilizes a community notification system known as CodeRED to share important emergency, public health and town information. To ensure you are getting this important information we encourage you to sign up. Messages can be sent by voice, text, email or all three. Below is a link to register for the service and enter the information and mode of receipt. If you have any questions or would like a paper version please contact the Emergency Management Director at (603) 788-3391 or townmanager@lancaster.org.
When a Community Emergency Response is necessary there are often residents that require added assistance. When this is necessary it is important for Emergency Responders to know who those people are. The linked Functional Needs Form is a tool for Lancaster’s First Responders to use in identifying those individuals and being prepared to respond to them.
If you or someone you know may have physical, mental or other special issues that require additional measures (equipment, attention, etc.) please fill out the functional needs form linked below and submit to either the Lancaster EMD at 25 Main Street, Lancaster NH or townmanager@lancasternh.org. All information will be held in the strictest of confidence and used only when necessary.
Public Safety or Health emergencies often require assistance from trained individuals. The Lancaster Volunteer Registration Form (link below) provides the Town of Lancaster’s Emergency Response Team with information to identify those individuals who have special abilities or resources to mitigate any issue. If you are willing to assist in the case of an emergency, please complete the form and submit it to the Lancaster EMD at 25 Main Street, Lancaster NH or townmanager@lancasternh.org.
