The Town of Lancaster is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional water and wastewater services to assist the Town in maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.

Services include providing a certified Operator in Responsible Charge (OIRC), along with operational, maintenance, compliance, monitoring, and reporting responsibilities to ensure continuous permit compliance and protection of public health and the environment while working with Town staff.

Qualified proposers must demonstrate:

• Appropriate New Hampshire operator certification
• Relevant experience with similar facilities
• Strong compliance, reporting, and safety practices
