The Town of Lancaster is seeking proposals for a combined total of 30,450 gallons of #2 fuel oil for the 2026-2027 heating season. 

Oil deliveries must be provided on a schedule acceptable to the Town. Deliveries to begin upon acceptance of the proposal(s). A fixed rate price and an amount over rack price are due on the proposal forms. 

For rack pricing, include a breakdown of all costs associated with the cost over rack. Fixed price and over rack price are the only proposals that will be considered and accepted. Please also indicate whether your company is able and willing to provide regular and emergency maintenance service for the heating systems at Town facilities. Maintenance is not a requirement of a qualified proposal but would be preferred, if available.

Proposals must be submitted on or before August 28, 2026, at noon. The Town of Lancaster reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids.
