BOARD OF SELECTMEN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 31:95-b, that the Lancaster Board of Selectmen will hold public hearings on Monday, September 21 at 6:30p.m. at the Lancaster Town Hall, at 25 Main Street, concerning the following matters:
- Acceptance of Unanticipated Monies Over $10,000.00:
- To accept $184,347.46 from the New Hampshire Department of Safety for FEMA Public Assistance from DR-4812-NH. Said funds represent reimbursement for the cost share of damages completed in 2025 from the severe storm and flooding of July 10-13, 2024.
- To accept $38,283.44 from the NH Retirement System. Said funds represent a medical subsidy reimbursement retroactive to 2022
Immediately following, in accordance with NH RSA 31:141, the Board of Selectmen will hear public comment on the following:
- Proposed Water and Sewer usage rates proposed for spring 2027 billing (Proposed rates available here)
- Updated Sewer Use Ordinance (Proposed ordinance available here)
