Proposed Ordinances
From time to time, the Town reviews and updates its ordinances to make sure they are clear, current and working as intended. Work on these updates have taken many months during Select Board work sessions.
Transparency and public input are important to the process. The draft ordinances are being shared in advance of the public hearing so residents have an opportunity to review them, ask questions, and provide feedback.
The Lancaster Select Board will hold a Public Hearing on February 17, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Lancaster Town Offices, Select Board Chambers, 25 Main Street, Lancaster, NH to review the following proposed ordinances:
