The public is encouraged to attend the Lancaster Energy Committee’s public hearing on Thursday, 12/14/2023 at 6:00 PM. The purpose of this meeting will be to answer questions and receive feedback on the Committee’s intent to develop a Community Power Plan that would enable all residents and property owners the option to purchase lower-priced power from a third-party vendor instead of EverSource Energy.
This plan will eventually go to the Lancaster Selectboard where it will be considered by them to be placed on the Town Warrant for a vote at the 2024 Town Meeting.
The hearing will be held in the second-floor meeting room of the Lancaster Town Hall, 25 Main Street.
