The Town of Lancaster is seeking proposals for a combined total of 30,450 gallons of #2 fuel oil as well as propane for those companies that deliver in bulk for the 2025-2026 heating season. 

Propane suppliers must provide 24-hour delivery service and oil must be provided on a schedule acceptable to the Town. Deliveries to begin upon acceptance of the proposal(s). Proposal forms are at: https://lancasternh.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/Oil-Bid-Proposal-Spreadsheet.pdf. Please provide a fixed rate price and an amount over rack price. 

For rack pricing, include a breakdown of all costs associated with the cost over rack. Fixed price and over rack price are the only proposals that will be considered and accepted. Please also indicate whether your company is able and willing to provide regular and emergency maintenance service for the heating systems at Town facilities. Maintenance is not a requirement of a qualified proposal but would be preferred, if available.
