Programs:
D.A.R.E. (Drug
Awareness Resistance Education) is a ten lesson program that is
presented every year to fifth and sixth grade students at Lancaster
Elementary School. The lessons teach students about the dangers of
drugs and alcohol use. It assists the students to make positive
choices in their lives for a successful future.
PAL (Police
Athletic/Activities League) is part of a crime prevention strategy that
utilizes educational, athletic and recreational activities to foster
trust and respect between police officers and youth. Current PAL
programs include Archery, Boxing, BMX and Skateboard park, remote
control model airplanes and ice skating season. Learn more at PAL
