Dogs must be licensed annually.  The license shall be effective from May 1 of each year to April 30 of the subsequent year.

Marriage License $50

Cert. copy of birth, death, marriage (first copy) $15, subsequent copies $10 each

Must complete an application (marriage, civil union, birth or death) and pay a search fee of $15.00.  This fee is payable whether or not the record is found.  Additional copies issued at the same time are $10.00 each.  Effective Jan. 1, 2005 - proof of identification is required when requesting a certified copy of a vital record.  Examples - driver's license, passport or other picture ID or complete the form Documentary  Evidence for Individuals Not Possessing an Acceptable Picture Identification.
