Minor Site Plan Review

Case #690—Samuel Shippee-Applicant requests to demolish existing building at 150 Main Street and construct a new building approximately 40’ x 50’ with 4 parking spaces. (Tax Map P6 Lot 4).  Review application for completeness.  Discuss and vote on final approval.
