New Road “Cabot Loop” proposed. Review application for completeness. Decide on date for Public Hearing

Minor Subdivision:

Case #682 Tim Savage Construction, LLC – applicant requests a minor subdivision to create three new lots off Brickyard Road (Class VI Road). Tax Map P12 Lot 25. Review application for completeness. Discuss and vote on final approval.

Raymond Pardy Sr. & Emmanuel Marceau – applicant requests a technical/minor subdivision (lot line adjustment) off Page Hill Road (Tax Map R2 Lot 56 & 58). Review application for completeness. Discuss and vote on final approval. (standard condition on conveyance.)
