NOTICE OF MONTHLY MEETINGS

LANCASTER PLANNING BOARD

 

Notice is hereby given that there will be a public meeting of the Lancaster Planning Board upstairs in the Town Hall, Lancaster, New Hampshire, on Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at 6:30 PM regarding the following cases:

 

Initial Business:

Review and approve minutes from prior meetings.

 

Public Hearings:

 

Minor or Technical Subdivision

Case #669—William & Sheila McCarten & William McCarten, James McCarten, Jannett Moran & Kathryn McCarten—Applicants request a technical subdivision/lot line adjustment.  No new lots to be created.  (Tax Maps R26 lot 019 and R26 lot 9-1). Review application for completeness.  Discuss and vote on final approval

 

Case # 670—Eric & Valerie Johnson—applicants request a minor subdivision to create one new lot off 91 Elm Street (Tax Map R09 lot 74).  Review application for completeness.  Discuss and vote on final approval. 

 

Case #671—Brett & Kathy Carlson—Applicants request a minor subdivision to create one new lot off 395 Prospect Street.  (Tax Map R26 lot 036). Review application for completeness.  Discuss and vote on final approval.

 

Minor Site Plan Review:

#673 Stanley & Claudia Remick—applicants request to construct a 1.5 story, 36 x 48 building/barn with a 25 x 48 attached lean-to for the purpose of storing farm and construction equipment in an area zoned agricultural.  (Tax Map R3 lot 15).  Review application for completeness.  Discuss and vote on final approval.

Case #672 – George Sansoucy—applicant requests to construct 6 duplex units each containing two single family dwelling units for a total of 12 units in an area zoned residential.  Review application for completeness.  Decide on date for public hearing.
