Notice is hereby given that there will be a public meeting of the Lancaster Planning Board upstairs in the Town Hall, Lancaster, New Hampshire, on Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at 6:30 PM regarding the following cases:

 

Amended Agenda

 

Initial Business:

Review and approve minutes from prior meetings.

 

Public Hearings:

Minor Subdivision

Case #663 Sam and Rita Fumosa—Applicants request a Minor Subdivision to create one (1) new lot off 107 Stebbins Hill Road/Walker Drive in an area zoned agricultural (Lancaster Tax Map R15 Lot 025).  Review application for completeness.  Decide on final approval.    

 

Minor or Technical Subdivision

Case #664 Henry & Judith Dreyer—Applicants request either a Minor Subdivision to create one (1) new lot off Middle Street/Brickyard Road in an area zoned commercial (Lancaster Tax map P12 Lot 9) or a technical subdivision off 140 Middle Street (Lancaster Tax Maps P12 Lot 9 and R10 lot 4).  In the case of a technical subdivision, no new lots to be created.  Review application for completeness.  Decide on final approval.

 

Public Hearing on Excavation Permit Requests

#631—Allen Bouthillier—Land off                Case #665 Allen Bouthillier—Land off Pleasant Valley Road.   Request for new excavation permit for Tax Map R12 Lot 74.  Review application for completeness.  Decide on final approval.   

 

Case #666 Allen Bouthillier—Rehearing on 2005 excavation permit for Tax Map R12 Lot 73 as required by Coos County Superior Court.  Continued reclamation and hauling of gravel (excavation complete). Review application for completeness.  Decide on final approval.   

 

Public Hearing on Revision to Site Plan Approval/Subdivision

Case # 667 Allen Bouthillier—Relocation of driveway for property off Pleasant Valley Road, Tax Map R12 lots 72 & 73.  Amended plat #2190 at Coos County Registry of Deeds for joint driveway to serve lots 1 and 2.  Review application for completeness.  Decide on final approval.
