Notice is hereby given that there will be a public meeting of the Lancaster Planning Board upstairs in the Town Hall, Lancaster, New Hampshire, on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at 6:30 PM regarding the

Review and approve minutes from prior meetings.

Major Subdivision

Case #660 Thomas & Jennie Cantin. Applicant requests a Major Subdivision to create five (5) new lots of Route 135/Elm Street in an area zoned agricultural (Lancaster Tax Map R09 Lot 047). Decide on final approval.

Major Site Plan Review

Case #658 Brian Beattie/Mt. Orne Enterprise—Applicant requests to construct a ground mounted 189 foot monopole telecommunications facility on Mt. Orne in an area zoned agricultural. (Off Stebbins Hill Road, Tax Map R21 lot 4.) Regional notification provided pursuant to RSA 12-K:7. Height exception requested pursuant to section 8.06 B of Lancaster Zoning Ordinance. Application deemed complete on February 14, 2006.

Decide on final approval.

Case #662 Alan Savage d/b/a Squirrel Away Self Storage – Applicant requests to construct two 30’ x 150’ self-storage units on Route 3 North/577 Main Street in an area zoned Commercial/Industrial. (Lancaster Tax Map R1 Lot 38). Review application for completeness. Discuss and vote on final approval. Please note—applicant requested a waiver of “two meeting requirement” which was approved by the Planning Board on March 15, 2006.)

Public Hearing on Removal of a Portion of a Stone Wall for a Driveway Entrance and Possible Tree Trimming/Removal on Scenic Town Road:

Case # 661 Frederick Rhodes requests to remove a portion of a stone wall to allow for a driveway entrance. (Tax Map R19 Lot 021-3) Gore Road. Notice of public hearing pursuant to RSA 231:158 (effect of Scenic Road Designation).
