NOTICE OF MONTHLY MEETINGS

OF THE

LANCASTER PLANNING BOARD

 

Notice is hereby given that there will be a public meeting of the Lancaster Planning Board upstairs in the Town Hall, Lancaster, New Hampshire, on WEDNESDAY, March 15, 2006 at 6:30 PM regarding the

following cases:

 

Initial Business:

Review and approve minutes from prior meetings.

 

Public Hearings:

 

Minor Site Plan Review

Case #659 Currier RV Center/Lancaster National Bank/GRJH Inc. for a minor site plan review pursuant to Article 5 B of the Site Plan Review Regulations concerning parking of 20 spaces or less per lot for non-street legal motorized vehicles (snowmobiles and ATV’s) and campers at a Motor Vehicle Sales Lot in the Commercial Zoning District.  The proposed use will take place on two abutting lots.  (218 and 212 Main Street.  Tax Map P4 lot 16 and lot 33).  Variances, subject to conditions, approved by Zoning Board of Adjustment on January 25, 2006.  Review application for completeness.  Discuss and vote on final approval. 

 

Major Subdivision

Case #660 Thomas & Jennie Cantin.  Applicant requests a Major Subdivision to create five (5) new lots of Route 135/Elm Street in an area zoned agricultural (Lancaster Tax Map R09 Lot 047).  Review application for completeness.  Decide on date for Public Hearing.

Major Site Plan Review

Case #658 Brian Beattie/Mt. Orne Enterprise—Applicant requests to construct a ground mounted 189 foot monopole telecommunications facility on Mt. Orne in an area zoned agricultural.   (Off Stebbins Hill Road, Tax Map R21 lot 4.)  Discuss regional notification (RSA 12-K:7).  Height exception requested pursuant to section 8.06 B of Lancaster Zoning Ordinance.  Application deemed complete on February 14, 2006.  Accept results of required balloon test (section 8.06 C) and other required studies.  Determine date for public hearing.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  There will be a Tri-Board Meeting (Board of Selectmen, Planning Board & Zoning Board) on Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at 6:30 PM.
