Notice is hereby given that there will be a public meeting of the Lancaster Planning Board upstairs in the Town Hall, Lancaster, New Hampshire, on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2006 at 6:30 PM regarding the

Review and approve minutes from prior meetings.

Minor Site Plan Review

Case # 655 Bradford Oil Company, Inc requests to remove existing building, leaving existing foundation, and construct a new one-story 28’ x 100’ building in an area zoned commercial/industrial.  (Tax map P2 Lot 8, 281 Summer Street.) Area variances approved by Zoning  Board of Adjustment on December 28, 2005. Review application for completeness.  Discuss and vote on final approval. 

 

Modification of Conditions of Subdivision Approval and RSA 676:4 I i Compliance Hearing

Case # 514A—Emmanuel Marceau—Formerly off Prospect Street (Now Sunny View Drive and Mary Elizabeth Lane; Tax Map R10 Lots 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80 & 81).  Board consideration of applicants request to remove subdivision condition of fire pond installation and release of bond for road.   Discuss and vote on final approval. 

 

Minor Subdivision

Case #656 Amerigas Propane L.P. & Dean Walts, Jr.— Applicant requests a minor subdivision to create one new lot (489 Main Street; Tax Maps R02-047).  Review application for completeness.  Discuss and vote on final approval.

Case #658 Brian Beattie/Mt. Orne Enterprise—Applicant requests to construct a ground mounted 189 foot monopole telecommunications facility on Mt. Orne in an area zoned agricultural.   (Off Stebbins Hill Road, Tax Map R21 lot 4.)  Discuss regional notification (RSA 12-K:7).  Review application for completeness.  Determine date for public hearing.
