McGee Conservation Easement: Rebecca Brown made presentation to Selectboard about backup easement holder. Board voted to accept.

Prime Wetlands Designation: Watershed to Wildlife will talk with us about a project.

Invasive species: Watershed to Wildlife will talk with us about a project.

Received Dr. Robert Christie’s resignation. He’s moving to Lebanon area March 3.

            Ron Wert asked not to be reappointed to the commission. Need replacements.

            Need to elect a Chairman at next meeting.
